There are many people in the world who believe that if a casino is brought to their area that crime will rise. They feel that street gangs may be more prevalent in their area or that more cars will be stolen, or that there will be more murders. There may be some truth to the fact that a brick and mortar gambling facility can bring on more crime, but it not the types of crimes that are listed above that are normally brought.

The crimes surrounding some areas that have a casino are normally more of the “high crime” variety. Sure there is going to be some undesirables but normally that is not the fault of the casino.
